Their story
Questions the officer asked
- 1.Every couple I saw that day was separated, with the petitioner called in first. My spouse said he wasn't asked any tricky questions, and when I went in I was also only asked basic questions. Overall it went very smoothly.
- 2.The officer said he intended to approve the case but had to wait for my background check to come back. He asked us to make sure both of our names were on the mailbox so the green card could be delivered, then went over some logistics about when and how to prepare for removing the conditions on the green card before letting us go.
