These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Hedgehog Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as My Interview Hub ("Hedgehog Software LLC," "My Interview Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of myinterviewhub.com, related subdomains, applications, APIs, free tools, and paid features (collectively, the "Service"). References to "My Interview Hub" in these Terms mean Hedgehog Software LLC.
By creating an account, completing a purchase, accessing any part of the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
My Interview Hub is an independent educational and study platform designed to help couples prepare for marriage-based USCIS green card interviews and related preparation tasks. Depending on the product tier and features available at the time of use, the Service may include a question bank, flashcards, quizzes, partner practice modes, a relationship timeline, document checklists, file uploads, progress tracking, partner invitations, support tickets, public interview experience pages, blog and guide content, and free tools such as a USCIS case JSON parser.
Not legal advice. The Service provides general educational and organizational tools only. Nothing on the Service is legal advice, an attorney-client relationship, a guarantee of immigration outcomes, or a substitute for advice from a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative regarding your specific case. Laws, forms, policies, and USCIS practices change. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information you submit to USCIS or any government agency.
No government affiliation. My Interview Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. USCIS-related names and marks are used only for descriptive purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration and account information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial interview preparation by the account holder and their invited immigration case partner, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Access to many features requires an account. Authentication is provided through our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, authentication links, and devices, and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@myinterviewhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames/display names, require re-authentication, or suspend accounts that appear compromised, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Paid access is generally organized around a shared couple workspace. A purchase typically grants access for the purchasing user's workspace, which may be used by two partners (for example, petitioner and beneficiary) according to product rules in effect at purchase.
You may invite a partner using the invitation features. Invitation links/tokens expire after a limited period (currently seven (7) days unless we change that period). The invited partner will generally have access to shared workspace content, which may include answers, notes, timeline events, checklist status, uploaded files, practice data, and other preparation materials.
You are solely responsible for inviting only your intended partner and for any information you choose to share within the workspace. Do not invite third parties who should not see your private preparation content. We are not liable for disclosures that result from your invitation choices, shared credentials, or partner misuse of workspace data.
You agree not to resell, rent, sublicense, or broadly share account access beyond the intended couple/workspace members. Account sharing outside the permitted partners is a material breach of these Terms.
Certain features require payment. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, current paid access is a one-time purchase of $29.99 USD (or the amount displayed at checkout if different) processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods may change for future purchases. Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, which Stripe or we may collect where required.
"Lifetime access" means ongoing access to the paid features available to your account/workspace under the product plan you purchased, for as long as we continue to offer the Service and your account remains in good standing, subject to these Terms. Lifetime access is not a guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged forever, that new features will be free, or that the Service will operate indefinitely. We may modify, add, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; or wind down the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
We do not store full payment card details. Stripe processes payments under its terms and privacy policy. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts due.
Refunds; 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, email hello@myinterviewhub.com within 7 days of the purchase date with your account email (and any transaction details you have), and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are processed through Stripe; paid access may be revoked when a refund is issued. After the 7-day period, except where required by applicable law, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error outside the guarantee window, contact us promptly and we may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional cases; doing so once does not obligate us to do so again. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
We may offer free tools (including the USCIS case tracker JSON parser) and public informational pages (blog posts, question guides, interview experiences, and similar content). Free tools may parse data locally in your browser or otherwise operate with limited server processing, as described in the tool interface and Privacy Policy. Free tools are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and may have usage limits or anti-abuse controls.
Free tools that help interpret USCIS data are unofficial helpers only. They may contain errors, incomplete mappings of event codes, or outdated explanations. Always verify status information against official USCIS sources.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not, and will not attempt to:
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement as we deem appropriate.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service, including answers, notes, timeline entries, checklist materials, photos, support messages, and experience submissions ("Your Content"), subject to the licenses granted below and any rights of co-members in shared workspaces.
By submitting Your Content, you grant My Interview Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to comply with law. For private workspace content, this license is limited to providing the Service to you and your authorized workspace members (and our processors acting on our behalf).
For content you intentionally submit for public publication (including interview experiences), you additionally grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to publish, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt (for formatting, moderation, or clarity), and create derivative works of that content in connection with the Service and our marketing of the Service, unless and until that content is removed by us or, where we agree, upon a valid removal request.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and grant the licenses above; (b) Your Content does not violate law or third-party rights; and (c) Your Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge when presented as factual. You are solely responsible for backing up Your Content. We may impose file-size, type, and storage limits.
Experience submissions may be subject to review and may be approved, rejected, edited for formatting/clarity, or later unpublished at our sole discretion. Publication is not guaranteed. Experiences reflect individual user stories and are not verified by us as complete or accurate. Do not rely on another person's experience as a prediction of your case outcome.
We may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, spam, privacy-invasive, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or community standards, with or without notice.
The Service and all materials we provide—including software, designs, logos, trademarks, question banks, editorial content, UI, and documentation—are owned by My Interview Hub or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited personal license to use the Service as permitted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Your purchase or free use grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact hello@myinterviewhub.com with sufficient detail for us to locate the material and respond (including your contact information, a description of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury as applicable).
The Service integrates with or links to third parties, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, hosting providers, and government websites such as USCIS. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data handling outside our reasonable control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) results obtained from the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) use of the Service will result in any immigration approval, interview outcome, processing speed, or other government decision. Interview and case outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including officer discretion, evidence quality, eligibility, and changing agency policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEDGEHOG SOFTWARE LLC (D/B/A MY INTERVIEW HUB) AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR IMMIGRATION DELAYS, DENIALS, OR RELATED COSTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, certain liabilities for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusions are prohibited).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hedgehog Software LLC (d/b/a My Interview Hub) and its members, managers, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (d) your interactions with your partner or invitees; or (e) any claim that Your Content or your conduct infringes or misappropriates third-party rights or causes harm.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting hello@myinterviewhub.com. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed to pay amounts due, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, licenses already granted for public content to the extent published, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination. Except where required by law or expressly stated, termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction, you agree that exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by posting on the Service, email, or other reasonable means. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account closure.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout or feature-specific notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated. Notices may be provided via the Service, email, or mail to the addresses we publish. Headings are for convenience only.
