Terms of Service

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myinterviewhub.com and the My Interview Hub platform (the "Service"), operated by My Interview Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

My Interview Hub is an independent study and preparation platform designed to help couples prepare for their USCIS marriage-based green card interview. The Service includes a question bank, flashcard tools, a relationship timeline builder, a document checklist, a partner practice mode, and progress tracking features.

My Interview Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. The content provided through this Service is for educational and preparation purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. For questions about your specific immigration case, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Workspaces

When you register, you create an account tied to your email address. Each purchase grants access to one shared workspace, which both partners (petitioner and beneficiary) can access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may invite your partner to join your workspace using the built-in invitation feature. Invitation links expire after 7 days. You are responsible for ensuring that only your intended partner is added to your workspace, as they will have full access to all content within it.

You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone outside your couple, and not to create accounts for others without their knowledge.

4. Payment and Access

Access to My Interview Hub requires a one-time payment of $49 USD, which grants lifetime access to all current features of the platform. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Your payment grants access to the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Prices are subject to change for new purchases, but existing customers will not be charged again for features they already have access to.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, contact us at hello@myinterviewhub.com and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not:

  • Share access to your account with anyone who is not your immigration case partner
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including reselling or redistributing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our question bank or other proprietary content
  • Use the Service to submit false information to USCIS or assist others in doing so
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of any third party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload within the platform, including your answers, timeline events, notes, and photos ("Your Content"). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content. My Interview Hub does not review or verify the content you enter, and nothing in the Service constitutes a legal review of your immigration documentation or answers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by My Interview Hub through the platform, including but not limited to the question bank, interface design, copy, and software, is the exclusive property of My Interview Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Service, including approval of any immigration application. Interview results depend on many factors outside our control, including USCIS officer discretion, individual case circumstances, and the accuracy of documentation submitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Interview Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@myinterviewhub.com. Account deletion removes your personal data subject to the retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email where reasonably practicable.
