When you create an account, we collect your email address, a username you choose, and your role within the couple (petitioner or beneficiary). This information is used to identify your account and associate you with your shared workspace.
Our platform allows you to store content related to your relationship and interview preparation. This includes answers to interview questions, personal notes attached to those answers, relationship timeline events (dates, descriptions, and photos you upload), document checklist completion status, and any custom questions you create. This content is stored within your couple workspace and is accessible to both partners in that workspace.
We store data about your study activity, including quiz session scores, individual question results (correct, incorrect, or unsure), practice session answers, and consistency scores from Practice Together sessions. This data is used to generate your progress statistics and readiness indicators.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card details on our servers. We retain records of the transaction status, amount paid, and Stripe-generated identifiers (customer ID, payment intent ID) for order fulfillment and accounting purposes.
We may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used solely to maintain the security and performance of our platform.

Access to your workspace data is restricted through row-level security policies, meaning each user can only access data belonging to their own workspace.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
